Jays has recently been awarded the prestigious Investors in
People award – for the third time in succession. We were
the first nursery business in the County to be awarded this
back in 1999 and have continued with our commitment to staff
training and development ever since.
In the
latest accreditation, the Assessor commented that, ‘It
is clear that staff feel they are very much appreciated and valued
for what they do. They are given the scope to get on and use
their skills, yet within a supportive framework. They feel challenged
and able to stretch themselves. There seems to be lots of mutual
trust and taken together this creates a strong team ethic, loyalty
and passionate commitment to Happy Jays.’
No wonder that our parents give us top marks
for offering value for money in providing first class care
for their children.
