How can I ever thank you for all that you have done,
The lessons you have taught me, each day just packed with fun,

We are writing to thank you for the excellent care that you have provided for Benedict and Hugh since January 2004.

Michaela and I are particularly delighted with the extra efforts that you and your staff have made in caring for Benedict’s special educational needs. We have always been grateful that you took min on at such short notice when the care we had previously arranged had fallen through.

Hugh has also received the very highest standards of care, and as you know he has many favourites among your staff and children. Both of our boys have always been very happy to attend nursery and always obviously had a wonderful time. We will always recommend Happy Jays because you provide the very best care.

Thank you very much for taking such good care of Thomas. Knowing that he is safe and happy does make going into work that much easier. It doesn’t seem like nearly four years ago that we first left him with you as a baby. He has developed into a happy confident little boy who is a real pleasure to be with and we have no doubt that your team have played a big part in this.

Just a quick note to say thank you for everything. I can’t believe that after 5 years I won’t be rushing in and out of Happy Jays.

Both Joseph and Oliver have been extremely happy and contented whilst in your care. It is wonderful to see my children respond so positively when we talk about nursery and even though Joseph has been left 2 years now he remembers you with affection. Happy Jays certainly gives the children a wonderful start in life, and you should be proud of what you contribute to the life’s of our children.

I will miss your warmth and friendship and wish you all the very best for the future.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Jacqui and Tony, for enabling Danny and I to continue to work, in the knowledge that Faye is in a safe and secure environment. We would especially like to thank all the staff who have had a hand in taking care of Faye as she has progressed form Baby One through to Pre-school.

We can attribute much of Faye’s early learning to Happy Jays. Most recently, we have been impressed by her number recognition and writing and her French lessons. We are also often reminded of the impact nursery has had on Faye in her comments: “Did you know that chickens hatch form eggs in an incuvator!” “Charlotte says you should eat with your mouth closed, Daddy!” When I have children I would like two daughters, Mummy, like you…….. and I think I’ll call them Gemma and Charlotte!”

Faye is sad to think of leaving particularly as so many of her friends will be going to different schools, but she is equally excited about the prospect of starting at big school, and we can console ourselves in the fact that Kaia is in your good hands now and we can keep you updated on Faye’s progress.

I seems like yesterday that Tamsin spent her first days away from us when she started at Happy Jays. Since then, you and your staff have helped her to grow into a confident and happy child who is more than ready to move on to school. She has enjoyed her time immensely and made many friends. Her time with you is coming to an end now, and after her last day on the 1st September she will be starting at Wiggington School. Thank you to all the staff, right from baby one, through baby two and tweenies, to pre-school, for your care and attention over the past four years.

We have been very impressed with the nursery in many ways and were extremely impressed with the attitude and positive manner of the staff.
