CASTLES UK - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All contracts will be governed by the laws of England and no condition contained herein shall prejudice the statutory rights of the customer and supplier.

2. Customers must confirm orders in writing either by letter or fax before manufacture can begin.

3. Cancellation of any order by the customer can only be accepted by agreement in writing when a reasonable charge can be made.

4. Delivery is included in the mainland U.K. However, orders under £950 excluding V.A.T may be subject to a small additional charge depending on the distance involved. This will be notified at the time of quotation.

5. Although every effort will be made by the supplier to ensure agreed delivery dates are met, these dates shall not be a term of this contract.

6. It is assumed that the delivery will be to one location with easy vehicle access. Distribution within a building or to individual rooms is not included. This can be provided at an additional cost if required. Quotes upon request.

7. Notification of damage to goods must be made by the customer within 24 hours of delivery.

8. All goods will be invoiced immediately after delivery and payment in full shall be made strictly within 30 days of the invoice date. Goods will remain the property of Castles U.K until paid for in full.

9. Contracts are subject to cancellation by the supplier owing to an act of God, war, flood or other causes beyond the control of the suppliers.
